Minitab Quality Trainer is an online course in business statistics that I wrote while working at Enspire Learning, an e-Learning company in Austin, Texas.
Minitab commissioned the project from Enspire Learning after I successfully delivered a prototype lesson. As lead writer of the course, I was responsible for
- Analyzing Minitab's requirements and designing specific learning solutions to meet the course objectives
- Providing creative direction and technical guidance to a team of six writers
- Working with multimedia designers to create engaging and technically sound web-based interactive exercises
- Collaborating with subject matter experts throughout the development process
- Collaborating with the project manager on schedules, budget, and deadlines
- Ensuring the overall integrity of the course, including consistency and statistical accuracy
